Room was perfect and breakfast were impeccable both for food and the service
I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Lovell. Nicely sized rooms, clean and also got good air conditioning/heating in the rooms. Checking in and out was seamless too.I can’t complain! Thank you!
I booked 2 rooms not realising they weee not refundable and my husband took seriously ill and I explained my situation that I booked through booking.con and that the error was mine booking.com said that the hotel could give me a refund at their own discretion but have refused to do so.At no point will I be able to travel with my husband again they would not be a company I would want to deal with again
Don’t believe what you see in the pictures, it’s very rundown. The bed sheets and towels were stained with red/ brown marks!! The tv wasn’t even connected. The neighbourhood is very unpleasant and sketchy. Only good thing it was easy to get to by tram.
