My parcel delivered outside exposed to the damp weather. Also it wasn't a secure place and members of public can walk by and pick it up and they could have accessed my communal porch with the trades button which would have been much better. Really poor service. I have photos for evidence. Disgusting service.

so yodel 11 days to deliver a t-shirt joke should be ashamed to call urselfs a parcel delivery company on the 20/03/26 11:26 i asked for it to be delivered to neighbours what did the driver do on 27/03/26 stuck it through the letterbox completely ignored the bit about deliver to neighbours place unfortunately I’ve still got to give use 1 star if i had choice ud get no stars joke of a company AVOID AVOID AVOID ase use are cowboys

Not mincing my words here, f**king terrible! A parcel was dispatched from a location 100 miles from me, has been sat in the delivery van for 40 hours now!

Horrendous! The last 3 parcels that I should have received have been lost! (It was not my choice to use them). The customer service since has also been a massive waste of my time! I have no idea how they are still in business.
