USUSI finally received my item it actually shipped not to long after I placed the order. I did have to speak with Customer Service and they were absolutely amazing. I used it and it was pretty cool and so much quicker then the old school way of dropping the Efferdent into a glass and waiting. I received my item and dropped in the tablets and a few minutes later they were clean. Love it.
