I’ve never written a review before because most retailers offer pretty standard customer service, so it never felt necessary. But the owners from this boutique.. The customer service in the Whatsapp chat here was incredible and the things they did for me… I am so grateful. I ordered a pair of Louboutins and they fit perfectly. I couldn’t be more grateful for the service and overall experience. Other retailers should really take notes, Zoofashions puts every other high-end retailers i’ve bought from to shame.

I couldn't recommend Zoo Fashions enough! They have the most incredible customer service I've ever experienced! I was looking for a father's day present for my husband and left it until the last minute! There was so much choice on the website, but I decided on a belt. I got in touch with them to see if it would arrive before father's day and they said it would. They also gave loads of advice about the sizing etc. The belt was delivered early the next day, beautifully wrapped, which I thought was a lovely touch. I have definitely found a new go to online shop! Thank you so much 😊
